Declare your repertoire

As a SOPROQ member, you are responsible for keeping your repertoire up to date by declaring all your sound and video recordings, as soon as they are released.

The declaration of sound and video recordings facilitates the identification of your repertoire. It also helps in determining the eligibility criteria stipulated by the Canadian Copyright Act for the different types of rights. In addition, it allows SOPROQ to send you promptly all the royalties to which you are entitled.

The most efficient way to declare your repertoire is by doing so online. You simply need to download and complete the following documents and send them to us by e-mail:
