A few formalities

The makers must arrange for ISRC codes to be allocated to every sound recordings and music videos they make. In accordance with the Act respecting the Bbliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec and the Regulation respecting the deposit of published documents, makers are also required to submit copies of all sound recordings to the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales
